not sure if you'll see this or not but got to thinking after watching your past few vids...perhaps you should consider solar and wind generators. Seems you have plenty of roof line, angle and whatnot and plenty of wind to boot..
Super hardcore. Knee pads not need. 💪🙌🤙
What were you thinking tearing the stone off of this house? That was some of the most impressive craftsmanship in the entire state.
It's called a butler's kitchen
I'm now in this for the long haul, I want to see you finish this mansion! I just bingewatched the last few episodes, is it possible to make more of the talking to the camera shots stationary? I totally got motion sickness from all of the movement of walking around, spinning the camera around, and the shot transitions.
Think about insulating all plumbing wall's for sound deadening when that time comes. when a water closet ( toilet ) up stairs is flushed no one will hear it down stairs.
No basement here in Tx
4:23 Wait Matt eats breakfast tables??? XD
Looks like we have the same kind of luck. Soooo... it's not just me. That makes me feel better. Sorry that happened to you brother.
So blessed 🙏
Its really coming along!
I am doing a smaller Reno in the upper Hunter in nsw Australia. Very enjoyable to watch you and the progress your making. Wonderful to watch you Have a go !! Roz in OZ !!
You can tell by the way Mere looks at the house that she has a vision and she's still totally IN. Even tho they joke about it..
Sub to my channel
Holy Crow man "Do you sleep". ????? Your castle will be a work of art!!No black dirt in TX??Looks great, carry onSuper Man Vet!!!!
FINALLY! I've been getting sick of "tear down" videos on this mansion.
Man, we, Russians, have a saying-Every man should plant a tree, raise a son and build a house. Dont worry, everything goes and it goes too. You can do everything :)
EVERYONE should google the Ron and Melinda Ballard mansion case. Their "12,000-square-foot Dripping Springs mansion" near Austin Texas became mold infested due to a water leak and the paticular type of mold caused permenant brain injury in at least one member of their family. I seriously thought this was that house at first. Im not so sure anymore but there has been a lot of time in between so who knows. The Ballards were eventually awarded 32 million dollars in court against their insurance company but the house was condemmed decades ago. I just watcheda forensic files episode on that case.
Lol i was think the other one would go when you fixed the first one.
My helpful hint to everyone Check out IRC code book on Amazon it has all the critical information to doing any projects correctly and save you $$ one wrong window size in a bedroom means failed inspection. This book is the cheat sheet. Good luck thanks for filming
matt, for the sake of us get a hard hat
This house is going to be so beautiful!
Eliana Sagrero Damn you’re gorgeous 😍🙈
The drone fly around in this episode really details the land, house, and views you have here. I am very excited to see the end product. It is breathtaking now..
It’s getting better.
Found your next project: https://houseandhistory.com/carleton-island-villa-the-abandoned-new-york-island-mansion/
Honestly the hill country in Texas is so beautiful! I’m not from the state but the army has kept me in it for awhile! Is this anywhere near Comfort by the way?
You sir are WAY too OK with failure. go home and kick yourself in the ass for being cheap with the bobcat.
Everything greased up?
Who else thinks there’s a basement he’s not gonna tell us about until the end when he turns it into a big gun room
Be careful hammering the metal on the construction vehicles. Sometimes the brittle metal can chip and can fly as fast as a bullet and will take out ur eye and has even killed some people.
Did you ever get the whole story about the previous owners...why'd they jump ship? The stories behind places are always so interesting.
Rotten luck on that bobcat man
@OffTheRanch Love your content but your filming makes me seasick!
whats the purpose of buying mansion if you just tear it down and build a new one anyway ? Buying just property and building new mansion on it would be probably cheaper all together.
check out renovisions channel.https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCnorhjQR4zJkT7AVNhu395Q
It's called a pantry or a SOS room
the house is poorly structured, you might as well tear it down and build it back up fresh. And really take advantage of all the space you have there
at 13:59 ... when I say I jumped
Viejo, eres el mejor. Tu casa va a quedar fantástica, vas a ver.
Your nuts! Just bulldoze the whole house and start fresh!
I forgot his last video he said we're seeing him fix the grapple bucket for the first time and I got confused
First scene shows people standing on the top step of the ladderCan you say DUMB ASS ? Ive been in construction for over 25 years and its a known FACT that doing that is ASKING to get seriously hurtYou can end up permanently disabled in 2 seconds or worseThe guy shoots .50 caliber guns and 105 mm cannons at trucks SAFELY yet he does that stupid thing ?Wheres Mere ? Yell at him
That’s caliche Texas dirt 😂
Happy to hear you guys might be moving in to this place instead of the original theme park idea. LOL. Good Luck!
Love that drone shot up into the cloud.
Seems crazy to me to put all your trust on some wood lol, is that why houses in USA get so destroyed during the smallest hurricane/tornado ?
I dodged that knife in real life.
