U are wearing a Naruto t shirt
Can’t replace anything on it. Garbage.
Does this screenpad not take noticeable CPU and GPU power ? I would disable it.
Is the body metal?
hey david lee, is the processor in this computer replaceable?
Ordered the 14 inch version of this
how is it? did u like it?
Wonder how this will do vs the duo
I love how you review.
I need the wallpaper in the thumbnail
450nt "not bright"
lol wtf who need multi screen on his laptop we need more battery life .
As an engineer, I can run terminals in the screen pad, dude it's awesome !!!
Where are my DJ's at? This laptop was made for you!
Its going back. I'll give it until the weekend but that battery life is a NO GO. I hit 100% charge and unplugged it, using the 2nd from the bottom power save/battery option, it showed only 2 hours and 48 minutes! WHAT THE? I hope thats just windows not knowing whats up after 1 charge but Ive only used it about 45 minutes since then and its at 58%. The finish is terrible, its looks greasy and fingerprinted after just the initial setup, where my 2 year old laptop still looks cleaner. I like watching videos on the second screen but forthe life of me I cant get rid of the touch icons/overlay on the small screen that shows up over the video. When people said half baked they weren't kidding. It sucks because its really an awesome feature for my usage.
Oh another weird thing. I did speedtest on this and I get 112mbps download. Then when I watch a youtube 4k video on main screen regardless if its on integrated gfx or the 1050, the video and audio will lag for less than a second about every 10-20 seconds. It doesn't happen every 20 second interval but nearly. I only had chrome running and the seconds screen on. Cant be download speed and the CPU should have enough power. My old laptop with 4k panel didn't do this.
Disappointed by a lack of regular SD slot, o well
Is the display matte or glossy?
Does the laptop support USB c charging?
just get the new one coming out
parents: is this the new Nintendo ds?
2:03 "Two screens in front of you, I mean that would be ideal but that`s never gonna happen on a laptop anytime soon."Here we are 1 year later with the ZenBook Pro Duo.
Is this laptop good for gaming
Yes has RTX 2060
Game walkthrough on track pad and actual game on main screenNice...
Who's here after the announcement of the second gen of this ?
I can already list up to 5 extremely useful things I can and will do with that smaller screen. Asus did a pretty damn good job! And that screen alone is why I choose this over the XPS 15 (even if it didn’t have the thermal issues).
Students everywhere are just now realizing how they can use this in class lmao
It’s a big DS
I wondered when somebody would finally make this.Should be quite nice for watching stuff while gaming or working.
a guys like me should not have this laptop wen i lose a game i hit my mouse a lot
REMIND ME OF THE RAZER PROJECT LINDA
The #1 best use of the small screen is:*_P O R N_*
I love this idea. I can finally watch porn in public incognito while doing work on the big screen! I am totally getting it!
hahahahahahahah you are a real pervert
lets see> max 16GB of non upgradeable ram (R.I.P chrome users and multitaskers)> 1050ti (woefully inadequate for 4K display)> 70wh non removable battery (about an hour under load, then you have an expensive paperweight)> only available with windows 10 (second screen doesnt work as intended on 7)> inadequate cooling for the CPU (particularly the i9 model)> $2200USD for the version shown in the videoif this is the future of computing, im happy to stay in the past, WHERE I CAN UPGRADE THINGS!!!!!!
like if you kisten to lanye
yes, I think it's brilliant I could use like an android like app manager function in there as well for work so I can flip between programs or excel sheets or online studying so you can watch the video training and do it at the same time on the laptop I know technically you can do it on your phone as well but I think it's more natural and keeps it in your peripheral vision. I hope it will be the next new thing and others will pick it up as well
I feel like this could definitely be a defining upper end feature in laptops moving forward but it really depends on hardware manufacturers adopting it on their devices. It's something that has great usage possibilities but will be limited in functionality if developers don't have incentive to code for it. This is a similar situation to what apple faces with the inclusion of the touch bar but because of the overall popularity of the Macbook line and the fact that apple controls the entire MacOS ecosystem, they will likely be able to confidently phase their rendition into all of their laptops within a few years since they know devs will actively make use of it when coding their programs.Honestly, I feel like the zenbook's adaptation that Asus has here is actually better in many ways than the touch bar as it doesn't force any layout changes with regards to a laptop's keyboard deck. What I mean is, adding that extra "row" to the keyboard changes what you can place on the laptop and where which could theoretically change some OEM's packaging choice ]s on a given laptop which could hurt adoption. Like a manufacturer may opt out of a window's "touchbar" if it would force them to change something else on their laptop they didn't want to necessarily which could hurt adoption of such a thing. With this implementation, pretty much any laptop with a trackpad could put this tech into the device. It'd also be pretty cool to see this be widely implemented on gaming laptops as so many gamers tend to use a mouse anyway. This would open up the trackpad's screen to be used for so many different tasks related to gaming. Whether it's an inventory screen like you showed with Minecraft or something like microphone controls or even a twitch stream deck like adaptation that doesn't require an additional peripheral. There truly are countless ways this could be used. A brush selector in photoshop, a number pad like Asus already uses some other trackpad's for, a timeline for video editors or even just something like a small portion being dedicated to contextual buttons like play/pause or browser navigation while leaving the rest of the trackpad's space for cursor movement.I think ideally the feature would require an additional button of some sort placed near the trackpad to enable fast swapping between cursor movement and the additional features if it doesn't already as this would enable a user without a mouse to take as much advantage of the feature as possible.
Would be cool to run Fallout on the big screen and have the pipboy on the trackpad screen
didnt razer already do this though with their 2012-2015 blade pros?
Doesn't the razer laptop have this? Or am I hallucinating?
Check out screenPAL if you see this
Asus has beaten Apple in this area.
Do you think this is better than the dell xps 15?
You a wavy dude
