We also used it off-road and often towing 1+ tons of logs.
I have an '06 X5 and it's the most unreliable car I've ever owned, including my '03 Land Rover discovery. It's a 4.8is and it's a lot of fun to drive but it breaks down so often and in really strange ways.
I have a 2002 one and it’s still running perfect to this day, I wouldn’t swap it for anything!
Stephen Hints how do you feel about gas mileage? I’m thinking about buying one, maybe a ‘96 to ‘02 and people sure do love them but the only thing holding me back is the gas mileage. I drive a decent amount, to school, practice, and back home for about 40 miles a day. Can you tell me the cons to owning one? Thanks
Is it really that cold in Kansas?
Waiting for mine to arrive this week. Bought a 1998 LC from OTTOEX.com in Portland, OR. They are importers of Japanese Domestic Market models and models from Australia. The LC come with a 5 speed, righthand drive and a diesel with on 108000 miles. These vehicles offered by Ottoex go very quickly. As it turned out a friend's son lives in Portland and checked out the truck. His verdict is "I want it". I was planning on buying a 1971 LC F40 that had been completely restored available at VintageCruisers.com in Flagstaff AZ. But I know the ride is 'stiff' therefore no the best vehicle for cross country travel.
This guy is shit. What is the point of this video? Not a review. Just talks about stuff he buys and either almost breaks or complains about not using ...
Not a land cruiser. Tho you can say it’s the Lexus version... it’s not
you're supposed to cross rivers i it. Take the carpets out. In the early days 4WD didn't have luxuries . Companies realise about 90 percent of these cars never see offroad, so they install luxury items
last forever until government taxes them to death
Why are you parked on the steps!??? BAHAHAHA! :p
I own a '99 LC, it has 49,346 miles on the odometer. My late wife and I bought it certified used in 2002. It's in near cherry condition and runs like a top. Done nothing to it other than basic maintenance, new tires and a couple of batteries. I've owned everything from Corvettes to PU trucks over the past 45 years, it's the best vehicle I've ever owned by far. People come up to me two to three times a year asking if I want to sell it, not a chance in the world.
I love the swing dance at the end.
Yeah but they're ugly vehicles
You’re funny, somebody who spends all that money on a vehicle and doesn’t like camping? 🤣
That’s not a Toyota, that’s a Lexus
best car in the world
is a 2000 with 230k for $6500 a good deal?
Don't call a LEXUS a LandCruiser!!!!!! !!!
That’s a Lexus
you seem like your always a bit drunk
Home security system review.
Here in oz we properly off road them, not poofy shit like u do
It's Not A Land Cruiser!!! Stop calling it that...Please
I do think a Toyota going to bankruptcy if they build a truck like this one, jejejejeje I do own a 2006 Toyota 4Runner and never when to a shop repair, today has 170k , the mayor repair was a brake job and regular oil change. Leavitt or take it.
Yeap.. 350 thousand miles and 20 year old... No mechanical issues. Its simply amazing how Toyota's of this era simply go & go & go
It`s not so hooptie (it`s not meant to be in your hands ... even if you drown it again ) ... i would say my SUV is way more for your channel than myne. I guess i can rename my channel to " Made It ... one more hooptie fleet channel " ;)
Tavarish would NEVER think of going to crimson kansas
I just realized that Hoovie looks like skinny Vin Diesel
Climbing 4th of July bowl in Breckinridge is a easy trail
What website did you used to buy that Lexus?
I had a 93 Cruiser, built like a tank and used fuel like a tank.Didn't care for the all wheel drive, would like to had a regular transfer case and lockout hubs.
I couldn't watch this past him driving it into a lake and filling the floorboards with water.
Why are you calling the Lexus a "Land Cruiser"?
Late to the vid on this one but, Landcruisers (and Patrols) are one of the few vehicles I have seen in Australia really handle the extreme conditions well, no I am not talking about driving around town, I am talking about some of the harsher off road tracks. They do break, and each model has different weaknesses (1HZ, expect to rebuilding your power steering pump alot, early V8 diesels....enjoy replacing that starter motor....newer V8 diesels.....yeah emissions controls), point is they aren't indestructible but they are a damn reliable and good car. Just don't blow that motor at least here in Aus, they cost a fortune.
Im wondering why americans are investing so much in house security if the crime rate are soo low, almost inexistent, when here in Brazil we sleep with doors open and the crime rate are 10x higher...
pretty weak articulation
can you give that tent away to me or ill buy it off of you lolol
Thank you for parking your 4x4 on your front steps. Love it.
Dude, If I wanted to hear a commercial I would have not skipped the intro commercial...
Hi there, I am looking for a Cruser. The internet is like the Wild West. Where would you start looking?
Love your Land Cruiser . I live in Costa Rica so this baby would have lots of beach and mountain access no common man could reach. After 4 sedans and one Toyota Previa and 4 years of using my current 2015 Kia Sorento (best and most reliable I have had so far) I want to activate my inner child and buy a used real off-road vehicle. Can't afford a brand new one but I am glad to see all kinds of 2004-2012 inexpensive options from Toyota, Mitsubishi etc.
